Need some kind advice on dispute with MCST.
There is water damage to the unit.
MCST refuses to repair.
Is this under small claim tribunal’s jurisdiction or we have to take up to STB? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Write letter of demand. If not response then go to SCT. FYI leakage needs to be on outside of window frame or casement for MSCT to be responsible. If it's inside then it's your problem.
