On EP and study full-time, employer agrees

Post by roboticgamer1 » Fri, 06 Mar 2020 7:26 pm

Hi,

I'm on EP and I want to complete my master's degree full-time. After consulting with my employer, they agree, and I can work remotely at home. They also agree to pay taxes and salary as usual. Is it possible for me to do it even if my employer allows me to? Or international students on a full-time basis must be all on a Student's Pass?

I reckon if it's good with the employer and it's not breaking any laws directly, as you are still performing your job and getting paid for it, then you should be good to go. The only reason one need a student pass is if you are international and don't have any other type of pass. You do so you should be good to go as long as you remain a full time employee.
