I've accepted an offer in Singapore and my company offers medical insurance or will give me $180 to use towards my own choice of insurance.
I've had a look at the medical policy they've sent me but I have no idea if it good enough and will be enough to cover me. I don't even know where to begin.
I'm a 28 healthy male with no pre-existing medical conditions.

Re: How to know what medical insurance to take?
You need to look at what are the coverage provided eg is it critical illness, hospitalisation, protection against disability etc. Then decide what is important to you and see if the current package had met those need
