Inquiry about pre-approved letter of consent (PLOC)

Hi there! I'm a LTVP holder with the pre-approved letter of consent (PLOC). I'm currently seeking for job opportunity but having some confusion. Are PLOC holders eligible for part-time/freelance work, or full time employment only?
