Can you tell me about taxation for foreign entrepreneurs. Maybe you have any grace period?

Not sure if this applies to your case but:
Overseas income derived outside Singapore, Singapore dividends and bank interest are tax exempt in Singapore.

For the record, johnken's email addy is listed on several spam lists. His email name indicates he's most likely from VN but is using DigitalOceanCloud which is a favourite with spammer nowadays. Just a waiting game till he out's himself and he's deleted.
