Rough nose surface

I have very open pores and a rough nose...due to the open pores and occasional pimples. How can I smoothen it out?

i used to have that problem. it became even worse after trying to peel off those backheads using "pore packs" or egg white. Now i use zen series of deep oil removal and purifying cleanser, no more that problem. worth to try.
