Relocation to Singapore

Post by edward45 » Mon, 10 Feb 2020 8:39 pm

I'm relocating to Singapore and and tossing between Service Apartment and private owned apartments. Looking for a 1.5 year lease, and my budget is SG$5,000 a month. Is it better to go for Service Apartments?

Serviced apartments are expensive. You're going to get a lot more space for your money for a private place. However serviced apartments are less troublesome for shorter leases.
