Taiwan Vacation: Re-entry to Sg (Coronavirus)

Post by martincymru » Mon, 10 Feb 2020 2:14 pm

What is the Sg govt.'s position on entry (allow in, send back or quarantine)?

a foreigner entering Sg from Taiwan (with & without fever)
(a. chinese national b. Taiwan citizen c. others)

ditto Sg citizen ?

Aside, which country in SE or East Asia is the "safest" for a 2 week vacation (origin point is Sg) ?

A. No chinese nationals unless they have a WP or PR
b. Taiwan not sure but probably ban coming soon.
c. None. Maybe Malaysia if you insist on going somewhere. The risk of travel disruption is HUGE and your travel insurance will not cover it as the situation is now known to you.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
