Your child is a boy or girl? Have they been included on the application?
What industry is your husband in? How long has he been in Singapore? How long have you been married?

I would say you are on the lower side of the odds.
Your ethnicity is against you and if you are the main PR applicant, and decide to have another baby, you will go off work and not contribute to the Singapore economy ...

Hi All,

I applied for PR on September 2019, received an email on March 2020 for submitting 'Ent/Details Of Family Members', on May 2020 received a letter from ICA informed due to Covid19 the average processing time for each PR application will be longer. I would like to find out any chance of approval, based on your past experience.

Age : 30
Race : Chinese
Nationality: Malaysian
Gender : Female
Marital Status : Single
Education : Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management (Malaysia)
Job : Human Resources
Length of stay : 7 years+
Salary : 30K+ P/A
Pass: S Pass

Thanks! Much appreciated :)

Based on the responses we've seen here, you stand a reasonably good chance, mainly because of your ethnic group and nationality as well as your longish stay

Thank you for your prompt reply to my inquiry, should I drop an email to check with ICA? Or just patiently waits for them to process? Thank you.

Chinese ethnicity typically gets a heavier weight. However, being Indonesian puts you lower down the pecking order than Malaysia Chinese, which anecdotally seems to almost be guaranteed.

Your biggest hurdle is that you have only been in Singapore for a very short space of time. This you can't do anything to "fix", other that stay longer. We normally recommend at least 2 tax cycles before you even consider applying, some would say 3 cycles.

Depending on what IT you are selling it might change your chances. What does your company sell?
