Work Experience: 15 years
Current profession: IT, Cloud Engineering
Base Salary/Year: 190K
Annual Income with bonus and Investments: 300K

Visa: EP

Spouse:
Age:38
Race: Indian
Gender: Female
Religion: Hindu
Education: Bachelors
Currently not working
Visa: DP but currently in India for 2 years
Children: 1 (2 year old son living with mother)

Applied once;
2013 – Unsuccessful

I was in in Singapore between 2011 and 2014 but then went to Australia for another employment. Came back to Singapore in 2017
When you say applying as main applicant, do you mean applying without your wife and child?
Salary is good, gov doesn't really care about bonuses and investments

As SMS says, you just up and left from SG so probably unlikely.
Looking back, if you had applied before you moved to Oz (assuming similar circumstances), you might have got it then.

Once there is a break, the previous stay is not count.

If you apply as family and your wife and child has been in India for 2 yrs.
Chances is almost 0

Wife and child were in India due to unavoidable family requirements. However, that is over and they are due to come to Singapore later this year. Will that make any change as I would apply only after they are here and will include them in the application ?

Unless they bring something special to the table, it changes nothing.

Such as vaccine or med that can cure covid and can be mass produced in SG.

Or bring those companies who are looking to list in HK to list them on SGX instead.

These are some of the examples of what will surely help your chances.

If you wife and child still stay in India.

Even you wait for couple of years later, the result will still the same.

They will be coming to live here later this year and the child would also start schooling in Singapore

Hi All,

Thanks for viewing my post.

I'm reaching out to experts who have been in this forum for a while and providing guidance to people in need.

Purpose of my post is to seek guidance whether is this the right time to apply & whether my profile stands any chance to get esteemed Singapore PR. Apprecaite if you have any insights or guidance ?

In Singapore from 2004 - 2005 for Education, could not get a job moved to Middle east to work with a well reputed accounting firm for 3.5 years.

Got a job in Singapore again in 2014 November moved here with Family (Wife & 1 Daughter). We had our second child in Singapore in 2016.

First PR application submitted in September 2017 myself as main applicant with wife & 2 daughters, which was rejected after 10 months in July 2018.

Considering to apply once again but before doing that evaluating should i apply again or not ? Seek your feedback and suggestions ? My detailed profile as per below:

Dear Experts

I'm currently holding an EP which will expire in Nov.21. I love it here in Singapore and have no plans to go back to Europe and I can see myself living here for the rest of my life. My idea was instead of applying for another EP next year try to get a PR. I'm definitely waiting for January so MOM sees my tax for the full year of 2020, not sure if it's required to wait for Mrz/Apr regarding the tax visibility. What you think are the chances and any recommendations?

Main applicant:
Gender - Male
Age - 29 years
Nationality: Swiss
Work: Cybersecurity private sector
Education: Bsc. Degree + Couple highly valued Industry certificates
Duration: November 2019 - Today
Work experience in CyberSec: 6y+, public speaker in public government-related events for cybersec (govware, govinsider)
Total salary: 180k+ (144k base, 36k commission in 2020 + RSU)
Pass: EP valid till Nov 2021.
Family: no children, no wife

Thanks a lot
