I was in in Singapore between 2011 and 2014 but then went to Australia for another employment. Came back to Singapore in 2017
Salary is good, gov doesn't really care about bonuses and investments
As SMS says, you just up and left from SG so probably unlikely.
Looking back, if you had applied before you moved to Oz (assuming similar circumstances), you might have got it then.
