Wait, let me understand what you’re trying to ask.
Based on your first post, you’ve already applied for PR in Dec’19, presumably under PTS scheme. Once approved, you will be a PR.
Now you’re talking about marrying an SC. If you are already a PR before marrying an SC, marriage doesn’t change anything, you'll remain a PR. If your PR application is still pending when get married, then update ICA of your marital status accordingly.
Now let’s talk about SC application. You are only eligible to apply for SC after 2 years of being a PR. You have the option of applying on your own merits under the PTS scheme or you can wait until 2 years of marriage to have your spouse sponsoring you under the family tie scheme. With your profile (especially nationality and ethnicity), application under spouse sponsorship is almost a guarantee, more so if you have got a kid along the way.
