You can't reverse engineer this. There are many PR applications which were successful and they didn't ask for CV's. There are many for which they asked for CV as additional document and they were both accepted and rejected.
Kindly don't make this complex by reverse engineering. If they ask for CV, it is just because they want to know more. That does not indicate anything on the outcome of the application.

Ethnic quota is huge which helps. Salary on the lower end. How long have you been married? Any kids?

Does help that her salary is higher though, doesn’t it? At the very least shows that she can hold her own. Better than if sponsor salary was low and hers was even lower.

Yeah.. cuz one thing I under work permit salary will tend to lower than 3k. But I heard them to say must bear a kid only can obtain pr..(which I can't). Just want to stay here for living n gets in SG live.

Lisafuller.. no we don't have kids yet..we just married for three month. Well due to employment pass my salary will just lowered than 3k.. and is afraid that to bear kid here with this salary.
Yes.. spouse quite low.. cuz Ed reach high peak in career.. lol
