Won’t receive a result so soon.
Re: PR approval chance in 2021
True, but some people are getting an outcome within 4-5 months these days.

Yes, but those are only a small group. On the flip side, we see some waiting even longer than 2 years.
Re: PR approval chance in 2020
How did you make assumption that outcome would be rejection, by just knowing that you could make a new application after upload button disappeared? Have you seen opposite cases where people were not able to make new application after disappearance of upload button and their PR got approved?Nvtm wrote: ↑Tue, 26 Oct 2021 10:50 pmUpdate: we have applied by May’2021 and today the button “upload documents” disappeared. Also I can make new application as well. Guess it means we will have rejection soon.singaporeflyer wrote: ↑Thu, 15 Apr 2021 1:16 pmChance will be little low.Nvtm wrote: ↑Thu, 15 Apr 2021 10:44 amHi,

Hi, yes we will try again with our baby boy. Do you think it will be higher chance for us? We are trying to have promotion and better salary also.
Re: PR approval chance in 2020
I can read Chinese so I read in some Chinese forums said once the button disappears, if you can make new application then “likely” you are rejected. It is pure speculation though. So I just “guessed”.kjose88 wrote: ↑Tue, 28 Dec 2021 12:19 pmHow did you make assumption that outcome would be rejection, by just knowing that you could make a new application after upload button disappeared? It might also mean you can make application for your family members, no?

If your boy will be serving NS, then it will definitely increase your chances. Higher salary may not do as much unless it is very significant, but will always be favorable.Nvtm wrote: ↑Wed, 29 Dec 2021 1:12 pmHi, yes we will try again with our baby boy. Re: PR approval chance in 2020
Not necessarily. Try to take it at face value. The button can reappear later, but if it doesn’t it may not mean a rejection, could simply mean that they have all the information they need.Nvtm wrote: ↑Wed, 29 Dec 2021 1:21 pmI can read Chinese so I read in some Chinese forums said once the button disappears, if you can make new application then “likely” you are rejected. In this case, that is highly possible. If the profile is unpromising, then an early rejection makes sense.Nvtm wrote: ↑Wed, 29 Dec 2021 3:29 pmI did not aware of that tbh. It was our first application and we didnt have kid by then so when I saw button disappeared so early (around 5.5 months), I thought it might rejection.

Re: PR approval chance in 2020
Like you said, it’s an assumption, purely speculative. It’s hard to interpret the intentions of the ICA, the button could reappear later on, or it could never reappear again.kjose88 wrote: ↑Tue, 28 Dec 2021 12:19 pmHow did you make assumption that outcome would be rejection, by just knowing that you could make a new application after upload button disappeared? Re: PR approval chance in 2021
