Unable to comment, without knowing what do you work as, education etc
Sure the complete profile being
Race: Indian
Age: 39
Salary: ~170K
Length of Stay in SG: 12 years
Number of times Applied: 4
Kids : 3 boys (11, 8 and 5) - One of the boys in local school the other didn't get it.
Spouse: Home Maker
Profession: Cloud Architect with a Blue chip American company
Education: Computer Science Engineering graduate
Tough luck! If I were you, I'd try to explore other options too as this one seems to be going nowhere. Not sure what else can you change in your profile, moreover age (40+) might grow as negative factor in your future applications. Also, looking at your outcome it seems that male offspring theory doesn't weigh much in actual.
Yeah. Chances are looking bleak.
Only thing that I can/potentially influence is an increase in Salary. Don't know if that compensate the age

Male offspring theory weigh heavily I'm guessing in this case. The Male offspring is usually geared toward the Chinese applicants. This applicant has 3 boys which maybe more than ICA is bargaining for. It's hard to tell, but we all know for fact that ethnic quotas do exist. Whether this applies to all applicants or just legal working age applicants. It's anybody's guess, I suppose.

Fine only, correct? If so, shouldn't have any effect. However, I'm not sure which is worse, smoking or littering. I suppose you got a corrective work order? If so, it could. In fact, even if not successful, I reckon it could even impact your next EP renewal as well. Scared yet?
I really don't know the answer. But maybe it's a good warning to quit two bad habits at the same time?

To be blunt, there is a very good chance that ICA will potentially view it as a marriage of convenience. e.g., a quick way to get PR when otherwise unqualified. It's doubtful whether you wife will produce any offspring via this marriage, and with her being almost 20 years older, I personally don't see it differently either. You chances? I'm betting zero. Sorry, on the surface it is what it is.
Sorry !!

Gotta admit, one of the strangest ones I seen on here. I guess there really IS a Santa Claus. Better play 4D Swam.
