What is his fixed salary without the bonus? How many years of work experience does he have? This would have decided him being on S Pass ?

With those years of experiences but that salary, no wonder he only got SPass

Salary slightly on the lower side and not matching his years of experience. That is the reason he is stil on S Pass. Not going to be easy to get PR if he is going to be on S Pass. Dont take it in the wrong way.

Indian female on EP, husband on DP Both of us 37+ yrs
Been here for 3 yrs, my sisters are also pr here with their families
Salary is 80k+ and bonus
Work in IT in an aviation company
Applied earlier (2018) but rejected i thnk cos the form was incorrect n incomplete

Also do the immigration consultants help in our chances?

Total years of experience in IT?
Education of both of you?
Sisters are PR - Will not really help
Wait for another 2 more years and then try again.

So Im wondering if finishing my Masters Degree at Public Uni will help me in my intension of reapplying again. To help more to assess my chances below are my details:

House won't help at all. People don't realize buying a house in Singapore doesn't help the country at all. It only help the buyer. Buying a house does not add value to the country but only to the buyer. However, aside from your ethnicity, I would say you would be a good candidate for PR as you already have PEP and more than enough income and tax assessments. I'd give it a shot, frankly if it is really what you want.

Wait until the economy crashes (I feel it cannot be avoided-you would probably know much better than I). Then buy. That's what I did a little over 20 years ago in the aftermath of the Asian Financial Meltdown in 1997. property bottomed out Jan & Feb 1999. I book the sale of my resale 5 RM Flat last week of January. Bought it at valuation (no cash over). Haven't looked back. March 1999 property started skyrocketing again.
