Salary slightly on the lower side and not matching his years of experience. That is the reason he is stil on S Pass. Not going to be easy to get PR if he is going to be on S Pass. Dont take it in the wrong way.circle2019 wrote: ↑Tue, 17 Mar 2020 9:26 amHis basic is 5.8k, 14 years xp

Immigration Consultants - No
What do you both work as exactly?
Total years of experience in IT?
Education of both of you?
Sisters are PR - Will not really help
Wait for another 2 more years and then try again.

House won't help at all. People don't realize buying a house in Singapore doesn't help the country at all. It only help the buyer. Buying a house does not add value to the country but only to the buyer. However, aside from your ethnicity, I would say you would be a good candidate for PR as you already have PEP and more than enough income and tax assessments. I'd give it a shot, frankly if it is really what you want.

Wait until the economy crashes (I feel it cannot be avoided-you would probably know much better than I). Then buy. That's what I did a little over 20 years ago in the aftermath of the Asian Financial Meltdown in 1997. property bottomed out Jan & Feb 1999. I book the sale of my resale 5 RM Flat last week of January. Bought it at valuation (no cash over). Haven't looked back. March 1999 property started skyrocketing again.
