Hi all,
I have a question on form EP152. According to the description, this form is to completed by the same employer (as at the time of application). I am a LTVP holder and submitted the application under spouse scheme in March 2020 when I was still working for previous employer. Subsequently, I resigned and joined the current employer in September 2020. But i haven't update ICA about it but when they asked for the additional documents (Family CV) in Dec 2020 i was updated with the new job details. So incase if my application approved whether I should send form EP152 to my previous or the current employer?

Current employer - depends on who you are working for at that time.

We are not mind readers, but what I CAN tell you is that if you don't give them what they ask for, you die-die. So, instead of questioning things that cannot be changed or confirmed/denied, just send them what they ask for.
