Just received an update that application for me and my family has been approved. Received the IPA in mailbox today and will be looking forward to completing the formalities soon.

Applied in late March 2020, received one communication in end-Oct asking for an additional document and then the approval now.
Profile:
Race: Indian
1st time applicants for PR
Family: Couple with a 4 year old son (local born and attending local kindergarten school)
Work profile: I am a Marketing director in an American multinational, while my wife was working as AVP in a large MNC bank in the field of data analytics and transformation (at the time of application - has quit the job since 6 months now).
Education : Both of us have Masters degree in respective fields
Age bracket: 35-40
Salary: Basic 160-200K pa
Length of stay in SG: 9 years for me, and 7 for my wife
