If it gets rejected this time, apply after ANOTHER 1-2 years. I assume you are sponsoring his PR

Hello,I have a question regarding my husband’s PR application.
For spouse scheme in PR sponsorship, does ICA takes into account second marriage, stepchild involved as a minus point?

No one can say if this is a minus as ICA does not reveal the criteria. Mostly should be ok.

Nothing wrong. Given the past history, ICA may wanted to give some time to confirm whether they are not dealing with business marriages. If rejected, reapply after 5 years.

Did you apply before? May be tough because of ethnicity and pass type/salary

Just bordering slightly above zero, truth be known. F&B isn't the best industry to be in here. Add to that, and the fact that the Government tends to look down on VN citizens when it comes to immigration here. You buy your ticket and take your chance. It's about all you can do. If you don't' you wont, if you do, you still might not but at least there is a chance, however small.
SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers
