So, you indirectly know the result I suppose.
Not really, cuz the application apply opens up even for those who get it approved (happened for one of my friend)
Yes it does open up for a successful applicant as well. The reason is probably because once you become a PR, you can apply for a PR for dependent who is not yet a PR.

So basically, you know right now that there is a decision but you don't know what it is.
Point taken, my lord. :D
The days are long after knowing that a decision is made but not yet conveyed.
My favourite past time these days: log in to the ICA portal, and check letterbox if I have more than 5 extra minutes lol.

Hi,
Just wondering to know how ICA will communicate the outcome?
The submission button disappeared on 3rd June,
1. Will receive an email regarding the outcome?
2. Keep checking on ICA website for an outcome?
3. Will receive a letter in the mailbox?

please advise what is series of events after the button disappeared.

ThANKS IN ADVANCE

1. No email
2. Status will be updated on ICA website. But will take some time
3. You'll receive mail in the letter box even before latest status on ICA website. (this happened in my case)

I checked online status first and then checked mail box. Mail was already there with PR approval letter dated 4 days back. It took 7+ days for me to after disappearing the button.

Your case is one of the fast ones I believe. PR approval letter is generally always few days back (be it post or website).

After a wait of 9 months, and ICA asking for more docs, and button disappearing, my application was finally REJECTED at 3 AM today :(

Sad news but at least the anxiety is gone.

Also. key learning- if 10 profiles similar to yours get approved, doest means the 11th/yours will be approved too. A black box indeed.

I was thinking the same but it was 3AM. Ah man 20 months! Did you get rejected today as well? Seems like a batch processing.
