- TOP / reputed universities in motherland (but how many of them are really TOP in world rankings really?)
- experts in DA, AI, ML, IT
- Masters in engineering, MBA
- blood donations
- monthly donations to SHF, Red Cross or buying X’mas cookies from girl guide, Boy Scout
- heavy contributions to SRS, investment in unit trust, well insured with X insurance policies
- in local pre-schools
- some lucky ones will say own private condos

We have seen it all over the years and ICA MUST give you PR based on the above.

I actually think they would. Up to 2010.
And it all got tweaked, over and over again.

I work on the business side and not IT. I collaborate with senior management across departments including front office to Solve problems, support strategic decision making, deliver business insights and perform impact measurement for key business initiatives. So not a junior level sql data retriever :)

My son goes to a cherie hearts center in the neighbourhood which follows the ECDA guidelines.
I still think your ethnicity is really what will stand against you.

I like your description of your role. It sounds like what someone would put into a year end review
"collaborate", "strategic", "insights", "impact"
:D

You both earn decent salaries so there is no harm in applying (the application fee won't kill you), but don't be surprised if you are rejected and never approved. Good luck!

I would said almost all childcare follow ECDA guideline

https://www.ecda.gov.sg/pages/aboutus.aspx
The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) serves as the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore, overseeing key aspects of children’s development below the age of 7, across both kindergartens and child care centres.

ECDA is an autonomous agency jointly overseen by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), and is hosted under the Ministry of Social and Family Development.

ECDA was officially launched on 1st April 2013.

Hi
looking for your advise pls. I got a response asking for family CV. I just realized that for my family member who is housewife(not working) I had put information as "Home-Houseworker". I think it should be 'Others-Not economically Active"? Do you suggest me to get it corrected or just providing correct info in Family CV will be enough?

Pls. suggest.

EDITED: I just re-read your question. I did not do this just for the PR application. I did it when the DNA test was on sale a few years ago. It was USD $80 I believe at that time.

For the submission, I attached a PDF that had the Taiwanese passport of my grandfather, our birth certificates and a one page DNA result summary. I hope this is enough.

Hi, I am going to submit my pr application by this month. Appreciate if anyone can give me some tips and also rate my success for pr approval.

Applicant:
35 years old, Malaysian Chinese, Masters degree in accountancy from USA University, been working about 5+ years as Senior Business Development Manager, basic 6000 but total salary will be about 200k per year with commission and bonus.

My husband is from Belgium, currently under dependent pass, and he has his own business at Belgium but he is also employed as business consultant from one company in Singapore, salary is 1700 per month for advisory work. I don't include him (or I should?) because he will mostly fly in and out for his business matters.

We recently have a baby boy, only 6 months old, born in Malaysia. Am not including him in the application (or I should?) because he is staying with my family at Johor.

I am thinking if I apply myself only will have higher chance... Hope there is some advice for me.. Many thanks

I did apply once together with my spouse in 2017 (where we only worked less than 2 years) and got rejected.
