Hi Friends/Experts,

I am thinking to apply PR to my wife and daughter me (husband, SPR) as a sponsor. Can you please help me to suggest your feedback about the PR Approval chances. Thanks in advance.

A little background is that PR was applied 4 times for my spouse and 2 times for my daughter. All the time, They were rejected in 3 months waiting period except the last time with 6 months waiting period.

Sponsor Details (Myself):

Age: 35
Race: Indian
Nationality: Indian
Gender: Male
Marital Status: Married
Kids: 4-Year-old daughter
Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from India
Length of stay/Working in Singapore: 11+ Years
Income tax Assessment: 10 times
Job: Working as a Lead Developer in AI Domain for a European MNC which builds Software products
Annual Salary: 130K+ (Including Bonus and other variable components)
Total Work Experience: 14 Years
Residency status: SPR for the last 8+ years (Got my PR in 2012)

My wife Details: - Fifth-time applicant
Age: 31
Race: Indian
Nationality: Indian
Gender: Female
Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from India
Length of stay in Singapore: 6 Years
Residency Status: LTVP
Total Work Experience: 5 Years
Currently Not working, But she was working in SG under LOC with the local SG IT company as a software developer for 2.5 years. My wife is currently a homemaker to look after my daughter.

Dependent applicants (Daughter) - Third-time applicant
Age: 4
Gender: Female
Nationality: Indian
Education: Studying N2 in Kindergarten.
Residency Status: LTVP
When was last rejection? Wait till year end and see if you can slightly improve your salary and then apply again? Also what is your basic salary? That is what counts as assured salary. Variable/Bonus etc MAY not be taken into consideration as they may or may not come/be given. That is why ICA will clearly ask for the BASIC salary.
Thanks SF for your feedback. Last rejection was received 1 year ago after 6 months waiting period. Agreed with your point on assured salary. My basic annual pay is 110K.

Well certainly not one of the "others".
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Even if you do marry someone from the chosen race, there is still the possibility of being rejected due to ICA viewing the marriage as one of convenience.

Makes sense. Anyways I am not going to do that - it's hell of a sacrifice even for the PR :)

Cant say much as see the items in bold. Depends on how ICA will view them. No one here can say that you have a good chance.

Also salary looks too low for an auditor.

There is no need to delete your original post just because you didn’t like the response, as it has been QFPed.

Checking back to your posts on EP processing time in 2018, you too deleted the original post after getting a response, coincidentally also from SF.

Learn to observe some forum etiquette if you want to come to a public forum. I hope no one will reply to your future post.

Maybe your behaviour here reflects your character in real life and ICA is right to keep you at bay and I hope it continues to do so.

Have you applied for PR before? Both when you were single and after marriage.

1) I deleted my post simply because i don't want my personal information to be seen by the public and i didn't know that i can't do it beforehand.

2) Lol...... the word - etiquette coming out of your big fat mouth sounds funny to me, asking ppl to observe forum etiquette yet you don't seem to have it to me.

3) The so called behaviour that you are assuming is simply non-existent. My behaviour here doesn't reflect my character in real life; It has zero correlation. For example, I like to mind the business of my close friends in real life, but that doesn't mean l like to mind your business here.

Don't worry, I won't judge your character in real life by basing on what you have just said or being an asshole. Attacking people on forum is simply not my thing and most importantly, i don't judge. As for my application, thanks for your concern, i will still keep my figure crossed. Good Day and thank you!
