I think he will have a problem. His employment period is only 17 months here. The other periods of employment are separated by a rather long gap and will not be counted towards the 2 years period that seems to be the minimum regardless of the 6 months given on their website. Add to that there is going to be a excess of IT personal after this health & economic shakedown is finished. Not counting the crowded conditions of the 'others' category. I'd personally say his chances are low.

Maybe she didn’t like the answers we gave her in the other thread - got my point but refuse to accept it.

Hi, if course I accept your answer! Thanks for that. I just want to hear more opinions (from people who are Vietnamese and were rejected/approved, or people who know any Vietnamese cases and can share with me some details about those cases). I saw multiple threads about PR chances/probability right now so I figure I bring my profile here too. Is it against the rule in the forum?

General recommendation is to post a message in 1 thread and not to DUPLICATE the SAME message in multiple threads.

Chance is going to be less till you complete atleast 4/5 years in Singapore and also your salary improves. Not to be negative, Singapore local workforce ALREADY has a high number of Project Managers.

And don’t bring up charity and donation please. We have seen enough of that, as though that is a prerequisite for PR application or the tie breaker.

When was last rejection? Wait till year end and see if you can slightly improve your salary and then apply again? Also what is your basic salary? That is what counts as assured salary. Variable/Bonus etc MAY not be taken into consideration as they may or may not come/be given. That is why ICA will clearly ask for the BASIC salary.
