Temporary daycare for infant

Post by vince.natteri » Thu, 06 Feb 2020 4:40 pm

Hello

Does anyone if there are any childcare centers in SG that will take a 7-month-old infant for 2 weeks? I tried contact several (https://www.ecda.gov.sg/Parents/Pages/POP.aspx) and they all said no (minimum 2 months). We need someone to take care of our daughter for 2 weeks in Feb 2020 as both my wife and I need to take a course.

Thank you for any ideas!!

From what I know most childcare centres only take in for the long term. Perhaps you can discuss if you could use the 'trial' some childcare may offer for period of 2 weeks +. I know some childcares do have trial periods (before they sign up). Not sure if the schools allow that, but worth asking..?
