Work permit- From Aug 2010 to June 2014
Spass - From June 2014- Apr 2018
Epass- From Apr 2018-till now

Based on your work pass history, I'd say while what has been mentioned thus far is mostly negative (and I concur), the fact that you have seen steady, albeit slow, improvement and increasing pass levels might show ICA that you are the kind of person the country needs. Good Luck. You are fighting the odds but I found your pass progression very positive.
