If it's an online photo all you need to do is enter the URL of the photo and enclose it with Image button above the message box. The little square box with an image in it (mountains)

Below the Post A Reply message box you will see the Save draft / Preview / Submit buttons. Below that you will see two tabs One with Options and the other with Attachments if you click the Attachments tab you will see another button to Add files Click that button and it will open file explorer on your computer. Select the image file you would like to upload. When you see the name of the file in the window below the button, like this....

Click the Place inline button and it will return this
