We enquired on our application status via email to ICA, today got the reply rejected. Our box was there, till ICA replied 2 days ago saying outcome finalized. But i think this works both ways...my friend has box missing for a while and no reply yet.

understood that you are nervous and i wish you get a good result too. But better not to worry for this kind of unconfirmed/unofficial things like box missing, etc. this will make it more anxious for you.

I would say your chance is reasonable. Salary is good. Age is probably about right.
The only thing that I would say is that your ethnicity works against you as there a great many Indians applying and those are the people you are competing against.
Also, you might find that you aren't considered a long stayer yet. I would say 5 years is long enough, but others here might disagree with me.
