Re: PR approval probability 2020
If you are in AI or Cyber-Security, you might have a chance. Applying so soon is likely to have the same result as with what you have given to us thus far is something that is easily found among the local population now days. I wish you luck and also hope you have a Plan B.

My 2cts.
A wave of applicants from banking will apply for PR in the coming weeks.
To make up the Singapore core.
In any case, you’ll be hearing pretty much the same.
Ethnicity, age, type of job (mobile)
All are agst.

Salary is a bit low in my opinion as is the length of stay ... I would say need to be here for at least 2 years.

Re: PR approval probability 2020
You haven't followed the news? After some insiders came out of Temasek and Standard Chartered they blew the whistle on how these two (and others) are basically fudging their local hire numbers. They bring in certain nationalities and and push them to quickly get SPR then they don't count as foreign hires. This of course has caused a huge stink with Ho Ching claiming it's BS. Well, Ho Ching, I challenge you to release an employee / contractor list of Temasek with just the first 4 digits of their NRIC. That will tell us how many are F NRIC but also how many are SPR or new citizens. OF course she won't.singaporeflyer wrote: ↑Mon, 17 Aug 2020 9:46 amWhat is this?the observer wrote: ↑Sun, 16 Aug 2020 10:41 pmMy 2cts.

I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Application was approved recently. Looks like we managed to overcome the unchangeable!01046190 wrote: ↑Fri, 31 Jul 2020 2:45 pmHi, been following the forum for a while and really appreciate all the insights on PR topics.jamie9vardy wrote: ↑Sat, 04 Jul 2020 1:37 pmYes, you got the point.novaandbong wrote:Thank you! My husband’s Malaysian Chinese colleague with the Same work/similar age/married (but only 2 years in Singapore and no local education), already get their PR...
We have a super similar profile to novaandbong (nationality education work length of stay etc), submitted application in Sep 2019 as a unit (higher earner as main). Status now is still pending.
Any idea what is going on in ICA’s mind![]()
