Chance is almost 0. Based on your ethinicity, it is better to work in SG for atleast 4-5 years and a slightly higher salary, before you apply.

Low Chance

Reason
1. Ethinicity
2. Shorter duration of stay in SG
3. In a Job where you may easily move to other greener pastures

Wait till you complete 2 to 2.5 years of marriage and then apply with your husband as the sponsor.

Right now given the massive unemployment coming I expect all PR approvals to be put on hold.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

I was thinking along those same lines.
SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers

This does not help at all. It is an unwanted expense.

Chance may be around 35-40% because you have not worked here to show around 3 tax payslips. But your 5 years of SG education will be a positive to consider.

Sponsored by employer (employee benefit), so wasn't a personal expense. Thankful, after your comment, I didn't do it from own pocket

roughly 4.0k - 4.5k don't remember

Comes w/ free appeal since they claim to have inside people to be able to find out the reason behind rejection

This is the first time I am hearing that an employer pays for the consultancy charge. Insider people and reason of rejection and all is totally not true. If you have stayed in Singapore for 5 years, you should know about this kind of not real information.

True, I agree, slightly dubious on that charge, but ultimately, I worked with them and the furnished documents seemed to be of good and thorough quality.

I know of a few companies from other peers from different sectors that do this for their foreign individuals, a few from tech as well
