Need help for one-stop property management service

Hello guys, I'll be working abroad for 3 months and I need someone to take care of my houses. Anyone knows there is any reliable company in Singapore providing one-stop service like housekeeping, grass cutting, swimming pool cleaning and stuffs so I can just hand in my key (100% safe)...

My Landlord has sent me a letter to vacate the unit citing poor maintenance of facility, which I believe is not true.

Where can I complain...
