Hi,
I am from India. My husband has a job offer in Singapore and we would be moving there mid this year. I wanted to know a few things
(1) I am looking for 2 bedroom HDB or condo in the range of 2000-2500S$, preferably fully furnished.Which area should I be looking for - as my husband's work place is near raffles place somewhere within 30 min mrt ride.
(2) Usually what is included in fully furnished and partially furnished flat?
(3)which websites are good for rental apartments?Does tenant have to pay agent's fee? and what is the usual deposit that one needs to pay ?
your help would be appeciated.
thanks in adavance

Re: Shifting to Singapore
2-3 bed room HDB will be in the range of 2000-2500 sgd. It will come with furnishings and appliances. Condo for 2500 may be slightly tough.COLLINF wrote: ↑Sun, 19 Jan 2020 12:10 amHi,

Look for apartments along the Green MRT Line
websites
.
99.co
Usual Deposit - 1 month for 1 year contract, 2 months for 2 year contract
Yes in 99% of the cases, tenant will use his/her agent and so will need to pay the agent feel.

Re: Shifting to Singapore
Thanks for the website 99 . co , I have almost a similar question. I'm planning to shift from Dubai to Singapore. I have a few furniture that I want to shift with me, I already contact with few logistics companies in Dubai but still not sure the shifting procedure. Can you please help me with any good website where can I get service.
Re: Shifting to Singapore
Just try a number of international Movers. Ask for a consolidated shipment if you don't have much (you share container with other people).
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
