EP holder living in KL

Hi,

I hold a european passport and ep ( my family in on dp).
I also have a long term visa for malaysia.
My question is if i live in KL with my family and visit singapore alone every 2 weeks for 2 to 3 days, am i going to have any trouble ?
And what about my address can i use my office address?

Where are you employed and paid? in SG or KL?

If you are going to live in KL why do you need a EP in SG?

Thanks i am paid in SG.
As you know cost of life and school is cheaper in Malaysia.
I have the possibility to work from home.

1.I am not sure if in this case, SG will treat you as a non resident < 183 days and charge your taxes based on non resident rate.

2. Since you reside longer in Malaysia are you paying your taxes there?

3. There is a slight chance that you might not get EP Renewal next time as they will eventually come to know that you want to have the best of both the places.
