Any Indonesian nurse working in Singapore?

Asking on behalf of my partner, she's a nurse working in indo while I'm the local one. I'm trying to have her come over and work and start a life together but like most older post about foreign nurse and snb catch 22 situation, I can't find an answer. So maybe this would reach out to many that might have an experience. I have noticed other neighbouring countries have agencies that brings them over making it easier but Indonesia lacks of such agency and it makes me question.
