is there a chance that your renewal EP be denied, even though you have an existing job with a company? who has the final say during renewal, the company or mom?

MoM always has the final say. EP's are an immigration control process.

Correct. That said, since you're already passed the gauntlet once, your renewal is very likely to be approved unless there are external circumstances (getting arrested, saying bad things about the powers that be in public, etc).
