WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE ADULT MONTHLY TRAVEL CARD?

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply for the Adult Monthly Travel Card.

You may be able to obtain a Stored Value Card, but you will have to check with Transit Link on this as I didn't see anything as to who may or may not obtain a Stored Value Card.
