Employment pass

Post by Nina 27 » Fri, 27 Dec 2019 5:04 pm

Hi every one, i have some agent questions for EP application.
I am holding the working holiday pass and it will finish soon. My background is Master degree in Aus and Bachelor in UK. My current company want to apply EP for me. But when they tried use SAT, it shown i only can apply for Spass, even they put manager operation and 4k salary. So i think its my qualification's problem. Then i tried to find to acceptable list of institution, both of my uni is not listed there. My question is " do i have any option to apply for EP in this case" ?
I really need ur experience. Thank you so much !

There can still be universities which are not in the given list and still can be acceptable if they are found to be genuine and valid. If your employer says that you are eligible only for a S Pass, Then that might be it really.

What is your age, years of experience, education, where are you from, Salary? EP/S Pass is based on all of these.

I reckon he has no experience whatsoever. If he was here on a work holiday pass, it sounds like he did his Bachelor's and then straight on to his Masters. If that is the case, he's lucky he can even get an S pass as normally he would need around 2 years of relevant experience as well. His qualifications with regard to EP/S pass is based only on his Bachelor's Degree. The Masters would be considered by the Employer only.
