Make it clear. Are you saying OP can use this to get his PR ?BBCDoc wrote: ↑Thu, 26 Dec 2019 1:20 pmSingapore healthcare has a heavy focus on drawing earnings from foreigners. I work in that industry.
Government subsidies don’t cover enough for advanced technologies, and reimbursement is limited by pricing.
Thus, foreigner’s Budget and their insurance programs are essential for the development and upkeep of modern healthcare system.

If the focus is on foreigners this is one more reason not to convert one of them into a local.singaporeflyer wrote: ↑Thu, 26 Dec 2019 2:49 pmMake it clear. This is exactly what I am saying too that this wont be seen as a positive reason for PR. But looks like BBCDoc would like to differ.x9200 wrote: ↑Thu, 26 Dec 2019 3:18 pmIf the focus is on foreigners this is one more reason not to convert one of them into a local.singaporeflyer wrote: ↑Thu, 26 Dec 2019 2:49 pmMake it clear. Sorry,
To clarify my position and thoughts, I doubt there is any likelihood that the Govt would offer PR in this situation. The benefit is to the individual.
We all know the PR objective is to benefit the country, not the individual.
But, having said that, there is always a chance...
