With the kids in tow the only way to get some free time at the mall seems to be an hour of karaoke where I can pack two kids into a booth while I do some shopping.
I've seen them at Suntec and Harbourfront (used to have them at Chinatown Point but they're gone there now) as well as Liang Court (though different machine and not as good). Any other places where someone has seen these booths?
