HL assurance refuse to pay for flight delay

Post by ykyang1 » Mon, 16 Dec 2019 9:21 pm

My flight (Scoot) from Perth to Singapore was delayed by 18 hours. HL assurance refuse to pay for the delay. Saying it was due to aircraft rotation. What should I do next?

You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Seems more of a cheapo insurance rather than airline issue. Most likely some cleverly obfuscated wording in the policy to justify their denial

Yeah good point GSM8. I bought a annual travel insurance policy with my agent that I auto renew and which covers all of us (from one of the big insurers). It's never let me down. It certainly pays to be insured with a better player.
