When can I reapply for SC

Post by phi-long.phan » Sat, 14 Dec 2019 12:45 am

I got rejected 3rd time, very sad. However, will re-apply again.

From ICA website, I can start the application. However, reading here and there some say must wait for 6 months, some say must wait for 2 years, then re-apply.

I need your advise on how long should I wait till I re-apply or can just do it right away.

Appreciate your help a lot.

You can reapply now if you have deep pockets. But unless something substantial has changed on your application, the result is likely to be the same (same data in, same results out). Anecdotal evidence points to waiting 24 month before reapplying. At least that way, if nothing substantial has changed, then at least your determination will show through if nothing else. You biggest negative is your nationality, if you want to know the truth. Again, anecdotally, Viets, Pinoys and Burmese have the hardest time assimilating in ICA's view so their bias is based on the governments wishes.
