Looking for a Writing Tutor for my Grade 8 girl

Post by tobfree » Fri, 13 Dec 2019 11:18 am

Hello.

I'm looking for a Native English Tutor who can offer effective Writing class for my 13 years old girl who's attending International School in Singapore. She's now at Grade 8, the last year of her middle school.

We are a Korean family living in Singapore and we've been living here for almost 12 years.
Even she's a native speaker of English, I feel it would be great for her to have a tutor who can guide her the sophisticated way of Writing given she's going to start High school in the autumn of 2020.

I'm looking for a tutor who can come over to our home once a week (preferably on Tuesday) and looking at 1 ~ 1.5 hrs as the class duration. We are living in Tanjong Rhu Area and it is only 10 mins away from Stadium MRT (Circle Line) by walking.

Please reply me to this post or send me the email (tobfree@naver.com) with your details and expected rate per class.

Look forward to having positive replies soon !!

Thanks & best regards,

Jay

You have been pushing the envelope ever since you joined this board. We do NOT allow soliciting on the forum. If you want to chase business you can put a advert in the classified section of this board. But advertising or soliciting via the forum OR via PM will get you banned permanently (which you are very close to already as I m sure you are aware of due to missing posts already).

The first poster who PM's me about your soliciting via PM and you will be history.

Capisce?

tobfree,

Inviting miscellaneous unknown and not recommended tutors is a bad idea. We get lots of followers looking for chickens to pluck. Open invitations will surely cause you distress ultimately. It is better to have tutors who have been previously used by our members and recommended by them (3rd party recommendation). That's what this forum is for. Otherwise it's a total game of chance like 4-D or Toto sure to cause tears later. Also, posting your email addy is a bad idea as well unless it's a throwaway account.
