Hello guys,

Did anyone of you have any problems uploading PDF documents into the ePR application?

I have been trying all day and it keeps on telling me (Wrong file format/Incomplete file) even though my files are small size PDFs.

What is the name of the file that you are trying to upload, along with the file extension? There were many cases who had . (dot) in file names, etc. Basically file naming problems.

Hi, the file name is “form4B.pdf” tried renaming the file many times but still unsuccessful.
