Chances of getting SC

Post by nat0 » Mon, 18 Nov 2019 12:14 am

hi all, can anyone advise the chances of us getting SC?

- Applied as a family: Husband (37yo) wife (32yo), son (2yo)
- Husband and wife stayed in SG for 5.5yrs, both PR for 3 years now, son gotten his PR since 4mo.
- Malaysian Chinese
- Annual income combined : 102k
- Education: Hub diploma, wife degree
- Occupation: Hub branding a.manager, wife financial accountant
- no property in Malaysia and renting whole unit in SG now

what's the average waiting time for such profiles based on your observations?
paid $300 for the application online, no refund will be given if rejected right?

thanks everyone for reading..

70% chance. Even if rejected now, wait for 2 years and reapply after 1 REP renewal.

Mine was 7 months waiting time this year (applied Feb, approved Sep). M'sian Chinese, Husband + Wife (no kids), both of us ~11 years in SG of which ~8 years SPR, age also more or less around yours.

Congratulations. Seems if M'sians and qualified, around 7~10 months seems spot on. But you also did it correctly by getting your son PR as well. That is probably what really nailed it! Again, Congrats!
