REP renewed for a year

Hi! so I am writing to ask for advice. My REP have just been renewed for a year. The problem is, on January 2020, I will be going to Colombia with my husband as he was sent there for work. I might be gone for 2 years. here are my questions;

1. Will I be able to renew my REP even if I am out of the country?
2. What are the chances of me being renewed if I do Voluntary Contribution to my CPF?
3. If I enrol to an online design school based here in Singapore, will that be helpful in my renewal next year?

First thing first, 1) where are you based now? 2) how did you obtain your PR? PTS or family tie?
You must have been away from SG for a substantial number of years for ICA to only give you a one-year renewal?

Anyway, the answer should be a simple No to all 3 questions.

*Permanent* resident - if you are no longer based here permanently, why should ICA renew your REP?
