Coliving space with no minimum stay

Post by pokeutopia » Sun, 17 Nov 2019 11:06 am

I am thinking of spending 3 months in Singapore in the future to travel/play bridge. Would like to stay at a coliving space but my visa will only be for 3 months. I searched around for coliving spaces but they want at least 6 months rental period. I also ok with staying on the outskirt of Singapore where it is more affordable.

Check out Lyf, they are a new arrival in the co-living scene in Sg. They may suit. Maybe pricey given their location, Funan.

You can check out the Service Apartments, they are more flexible on the lease terms.

the URA (Housing Authority) does not allow short term leases of less than 6 months. You have to look at a hotel or Short Term Stay apartment or similar.
