I am selling a house in the US, flew from Thailand to Singapore to go to the Embassy. Have an appointment today. All good you would think except I need 2 witnesses and the Embassy has written that they will not assist.
Any Ideas?
Thanks!

Speak to AmCham ASAP. They may be able to help. In fact they may have notary services.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.

Sorry AmCham can't help. Are you a member of a reciprocal club with the American CLub? They may help.
Alternatively find a US bar admitted attorney. They can sign. Plenty around in Singapore. Ring around the law firms or check the AmCham company list.
