Old post but I'll respond. What started out with a mild stomache ulcer got quite bad until I saw my GP. He called me at work to say "you might need your stomach removed as I think you have cancer", turned out to be a very bad scouring issue on the stomach wall lining caused by the helio bacteria and a massive course of antibiotics for 6 weeks fixed it.
