How to unlock from DBS IDEAL?

Arghh...I changed phone and IDEAL passwords etc was not saved on the new phone, I keyed in the OTP and it kept prompting wrong OTP cos of their lagginess.
After trying logging in so many times I got accidentally locked out and it's sunday and they are closed!

Anyone know how to unlock oneself?
