Thanks for your inputs.PNGMK wrote: ↑Thu, 07 Nov 2019 11:08 amInteresting one. I suspect the International School is part of the issue. I expect she will get it when a slot frees up otherwise you'd have been rejected very early on. Singapore needs young people. Do you intend to take up SC? That should be communicated as well.
Oh ok, thanks for the feedback! Wondering what could be the general criteria for most Indian SPR dependent approvals.bro75 wrote: ↑Thu, 07 Nov 2019 11:32 amFor non-Malaysian dependent PR applicants whose parents were approved before 2009, there is a less than 50% chance of approval in my opinion. My own daughter's latest application was rejected after 14 months. My profile is Filipino, PR since 2005. Applied for SC as a family two years ago but also rejected. I have heard of approvals but not first hand.
Thanks for your inputs.jay1979 wrote: ↑Thu, 07 Nov 2019 12:24 pmMy status is pending too. Applied July 2018. I was rejected in 2017 but a few changes to my profile like I had more kids ( twins boy and a girl ) , bought a commercial property etc ) and longer duration of stay ( touching 6 years now )
I too would think maybe some slots to empty out before approving some of us ( or not ) otherwise should have got a straight forward rejection some time ago.

If those will help, ICA and MP session will be flooded by these type of request.ArK05 wrote:Thanks for your inputs.jay1979 wrote: ↑Thu, 07 Nov 2019 12:24 pmMy status is pending too. Also wondering if would help by writing email to ICA or meet-and-greet local MP?
Good luck to you! regards.
Infact if you get SC, you can apply for SC for your daughter too?ArK05 wrote: ↑Thu, 07 Nov 2019 11:14 amThanks for your inputs.PNGMK wrote: ↑Thu, 07 Nov 2019 11:08 amInteresting one. As you pointed out, that could be the issue.
Yes, I intend to settle in Singapore for good and apply for SC, waiting for her PR application status though...hoping for a positive reply from ICA!
