How many km do you do for a run?
How many km do you do for a run?
How many km do you cover for your runs? I do about 3 km. I know of friends who do 10 km a run..that's like 3x of my average run.

3km? I catch the bus.

I run 3km every few days but apparently to really make a difference we need to do more (like 5).
