E Sing Citizen website error page cant be displayed

After uploading documents, I got a message application timed out. after that I have been getting an error message "this page can not be displayed' - after logging into singpass and trying to go to e-sc menu, from yesterday evening(28th oct )

Maybe they are finally listening to the locals and have shut down Immigration? Or, Maybe they haven't recovered from the long weekend with all the fireworks and frothing at the mouth condo owners towards security guards.
